Welcome to all the men and women who have signed up just recently for the newsletter and BIG WAVE to all of my long time readers too. This is my 11th year of diet coaching. My sixth year of being on the internet with a diet newsletter.
I was speaking to a group of women in Tuscola Il last night (Big WAVE to you!) and was recounting a bit of my journey to them. I was awash with gratitude for being so lucky. My days are spent helping men and women uncover a brighter side to themselves. What a joy.
I am also lucky enough to enjoy the business end of my business and dream that someday I may actually transform myself once again and become a business coach.
In the mean time, as many of you know, I’m hard at work on my book. Have you been following the practices of the Reasonable Diet, whether as a client, podcast listener, Project YOU member or blog reader. If so, I would love to hear from you. I’m collecting stories for my book and my podcast and would love to do a short telephone interview with you.
Here is a questionnaire to answer if you are interested.
Thanks so sincerely for being in my life.
All my best,
Sandra

Eliminate “moments of choice”
for easier weight loss.
Too many choices = Diet disaster
We make 200 food choices every day. Wow! No wonder your willpower collapses. That is just too many choices. Too many times that you have say no. Research shows that you only have so much willpower and will only tell yourself “no” so many times per day. They go so far as to say that you should not window shop on a day that you are going to be eating at a buffet. Sooner or later you’ll start saying “yes.”
One benefit of following a directed menu–type diet is that the directions will eliminate choices. But if you’ve decided to creating your own weight loss plan, establish routines that will reduce moments of choice… for instance establish a rotation of weekday lunches.
That's your reasonable QUICK TIP -- Eliminate moments of choice = establish a rotaion of weekday lunches = easier weight loss.

Spring Fling
Last chance for Spring Fling
100% of the dieters who started Spring Fling 4 weeks ago lost weight. And we had a really good time doing it too. Could weight loss actually be easy and fun? Well, certainly not always. I know you’ll have challenges, but the first four weeks can easy and fun. It’s fun to get really motivated and see that weight melt off. To feel the burdon of “I just can’t seem to get any momentum” lifted off of your shoulders.
The last of the Spring Fling groups begin April 21, 2009. If you are thinking about getting diet coaching, if you are thinking about making your diet journey easier…now is the time. After this special offer I’m going back to the 8-Week Sure Success groups. (And remember that rate is $440 for the 8 Weeks).
So please join me now.
