A note from Sandra

So much has happened since I last wrote a newsletter for you, including a fabulous vacation in Bonaire, a Dutch Antilles island just island just north of Venezuela. More fabulous even than the vacation (two weeks of snorkeling!) was my newfound recipe for tranquility after I got back home.

As you might know, in addition to being a diet and wellness coach I am also a life coach. What is a life coach? One who guides other to live the life of their dreams; to have balance while determining and achieving their life goals.

As I departed for vacation I was clearly seeing that my own life was out of balance. I was stressed. Yes, I was making progress toward my goals, but at what cost? I was even thinking about giving up coaching. I was at a crossroads. I didn’t want to be coaching and just talking the talk, but not walking the walk.

Well, I have not given up coaching… instead, I’ve rediscovered a way to be worry free WHILE living a busy life.

I’ve written about it at my blog. You can read about it here.

AND, if you are ready to get support and help losing weight, I hope you’ll take advantage of the Reasonable Diet Jump Start Program that begins Sept. 1.

Warmest regards,

Use a video service to get a great workout.

Of Videos and Netflix and Trampolines

If you work out (or stretch, do yoga) to the television, old videos or DVDs, you might be interested in using a Netflix account to try out new material without having to buy it. Netflix is a company that sends you videos in the mail. You keep them as long as you like and when you send them back you can get more. The $16.99 monthly cost of a Netflix 3-at-at-time plan is comparable to the cost of purchasing one new fitness DVD.

My friend, client and blog contributor, Lori, has good advice on the subject. Follow this link.
