December 14 - "Food, Parties & Diet" Usually breakfast and lunch are no big deal, but healthy dinner plans tend to fall apart and get replaced by pizza and take-out as your to-do list grow. Sandra will share her Easy Dinners Planning tip sheet so that you can simplify your dinners and make a plan that will realistically work with your family’s schedule and taste. December 21 - "Staying Spiritually Balanced" In the midst of your daily to-do’s this holiday season, this is a perfect opportunity to incorporate the seeds of a spiritual practice into your everyday activities.Sandra and Cheryl each have their unique approach for staying spiritually centered and peaceful. Cheryl will walk you through her practice of Energy Alignment as it relates to relationships (family, friend, co-workers, etc.) and Sandra will guide you in her Breath of Life (stress reduction) practice. You’ll have an opportunity to seed your own garden. December 28 - "Welcoming a Wonderful 2011" Do you want to move from being a starter to a finisher? Do you want this year to be the year you learn radical self care? Is this the year you ratchet up your parenting plan? Cheryl believes in creating a central theme for each year in order to have a focus to make true lasting change in your life. She will share her gift (New Year’s Evolution) that she has used to transform her own life as well as that of her clients. There will be no homework, but you will get easy to skim handouts that you can use right there while you are listening to the call. There will be no instructions that you must follow. You will just need to come to the call or listen later, with a pen and paper in hand as you take time each week to sort your own priorities for the week, hear a motivational talk on a specific topic and use the checklist or worksheet to easily decide how you can make your December flow. Each call will be recorded and you can listen later (and as many times as you like.) You can also participate through a webcast to save the cost of the phone call.
