That’s a fantastic deal! In addition to everything you got last time around remember that these are added features:

a. If you have to miss a meeting you can listen to fresh new recording of last week’s meeting easily online.  So that they will be timely, I’m not going to edit these. That means they aren’t going to be as polished as podcasts, but it will be listenable and full of motivation for you. As always you are welcome to actually attend any telephone or in-office meeting in any week. The times are:
In-office Tuesday 10:30am, 5:30 pm.
Telegroup – Tuesday, Noon Central.

b. Online weigh-in. If you are not in-office and attend the telephone group, I want you to have a specific page filled in with your weight record each week. It really does make a difference in helping you stay clear on your goals and your progress. It helps me as a coach, so I can see the reality of your situation. I’m working the details of this now.

c. In-office weigh-in. You can now weigh in anytime, Monday – Friday, 9am to  5pm. Simply come up to the  (516) office, the door will be open. Step on the scale and write your weight down on an index card. Then drop the index card off in Kevin’s office (406) and Stacie (his assistant) will be recording it in the binder for me.

d. Weekly “progress notes”--  I’m taking notes on your commitments and progress weekly and posting them on the Member Forum. I’ll especially be diligent to those who read what I wrote and reply to it. This will really help you with accountability to your commitments. It will help keep you “checked-in” during the week. This is where the partnership in the new Partner Program comes in. I need  you to be part of it at some level, perhaps it is just responding to the progress notes that I wrote about you, but the next level would be for you to respond to someone else’s progress notes.

YOU DO HAVE TO MAKE A WEEKLY VISIT TO THE MEMBER FORUM, just like the other RD Partnership members and add a comment of encouragement, support to someone else’s WRAP.
