Do you have 60, 100, 150 pounds to lose, or know someone who does?

Lee-Shaffer_Dec_2008Lee-Shaffer_b4

If so, we need to talk!

I’m going to help 12 people who have at 100 pounds
or more to lose.

(There will also be a group for 60 – 99 pounds)
(Also: Looking for an equal number of men and women.)

I need you to take this 4 minute survey so that
I can make sure the group works for your convenience.

Here is the link

I know you’re busy. It really should take less than four
minutes.

If you  have 60, 100 or 150 pounds or more to lose
you really need me. I can help you establish reasonable
practices that are going to serve you through
the long haul.

You have a lot of weight to lose, so you need to
know how to diet for the long haul.

You need to know how to not go “off the diet” when you
are on vacation, holidays, stressed, too busy, etc.

That does NOT mean that you need to be counting calories
or eating prepared food, or following a menu during those
times. What it does mean is that you need to learn how to
stay “checked in” during those times.

Learning to stay “checked in” mentally — that is –
not “checking out” is the key to long term diet success.

While others may get by with dieting for short-term success
… when you have big weight to lose you need long-term
strategies.

You know what? The good news is that I’m actually a fun
and interesting person who can make dieting fun and
interesting too. Just saying : )

—–>>> It’s not going to be all about drudgery. <<<—–
I don’t approach thing from just one perspective. Yes, I
know a lot about diet and nutrition, but I also I know a
lot about culture and influences. I use spiritual
perspectives and therapeutic approaches and yes, I know a
lot about food, cooking, restaurant choices, how to
handle food pushers, how to diet even when you live with
skinny people, and on and on.

But the thing you are going really be grateful for is my
my understanding of neuroplasticty.

That is, I know how the brain changes and how it gets
stuck.

—–>>> I can help you understand why you have gained the
amount of weight that you have … and let me tell you it
has nothing to do with a character defect.
<<<—–

Once you understand this, you have the power to work with real
solutions… and not just stay stuck beating yourself up
… which just makes you feel bad … and leads to more
“checking out” … and hence more weight gain.

Here is the link for the survey.

There is no obligation to sign up just because you take
the survey. But I will be able to get an idea about how,
when and what price to offer the group for — if you fill it
out and submit it with your email address.

If you know someone else who is suffering from diabetes,
considering surgery, or has complained to you about
struggling with their weight — and has a significant
amount of weight to lose, please forward this to them.

Thank you so much,
Sandra
